How are apps removed after being downloaded?
Apps can be removed using the following steps:
- From the home page, navigate to the trash can icon at the bottom of the page and click the OK button on your remote.
- At the Uninstall screen, navigate to the app to be removed and click OK.
- Select OK on the confirmation screen to complete the uninstall.
How do I add my favorite channels?
If you would like to add a favorite channel, go to the Live Channels and press the "OK" button on the remote to show the channels on the left hand side of your TV. From there, you can select a channel, then press and hold the "OK" button for a few seconds until the star gets highlighted. After this is completed, you will be able to find the channel inside of the Favorites folder.
Can I play apps games on STV?
Absolutely! Be sure to download and play games that are smaller in overall size due to overheating. The primary purpose of STV is for TV streaming.
Is STV compatible with all TVs?
STV is designed to be compatible with any TV as long as it has an HDMI input.

Is STV legal?
Yes, STV is legal. STV is an empty and open entertainment device. Due to the nature of this item, we are not in any way responsible for the content streamed or viewed by any user. All applications are available either through a variety of app stores or through the internet. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that either they or the sites accessed for streaming the content have the correct copyright agreements in place and are entitled to this content. The burden of determining this falls completely on you, the user. STV in no way takes any responsibility for how you use this device. Customers are advised, through our disclaimer, to ensure that their activities comply with the relevant copyright laws. As such, our product serves merely as a conduit for content and we explicitly deny responsibility for the actions taken by our customers using the device.
I'm trying to watch live TV on STV but the app only loads to 98%. What do I do?
If this happens, there is an easy fix. Go back to the Home Screen, then re-open live TV. This works for VOD, Replay, and Backup TV as well. If this does not work, you may need to reset your home network
