STV provides a 12-month warranty for STV devices, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, with free repair or replacement during this period. Exclusions include consumable parts, cosmetic damage, third-party components, accidents, misuse, unauthorized service, normal wear and tear, and missing MAC ID numbers. Free shipping applies to authorized warranty claims, and the "No Lemon Policy" replaces or settles products with three repairs for the same issue in 12 months.
